sau dezavantajos aplicat unei persoane sau unui grup pe baza unor caracteristici personale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>gen,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etnie,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00e2rst\u0103,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dizabilitate,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>orientare sexual\u0103,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>statut economic sau alte criterii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta afecteaz\u0103 nu doar drepturile individuale, ci \u0219i&nbsp;<strong>coeziunea social\u0103<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>dezvoltarea economic\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;\u0219i&nbsp;<strong>echilibrul comunit\u0103\u021bilor urbane<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00centr-o societate s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103, fiecare om trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103&nbsp;<strong>\u0219anse reale \u0219i egale de a participa<\/strong>&nbsp;la via\u021ba economic\u0103, social\u0103 \u0219i cultural\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;De ce combaterea discrimin\u0103rii \u00eencepe local?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De\u0219i legisla\u021bia na\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i european\u0103 interzice discriminarea,&nbsp;<strong>manifest\u0103rile concrete<\/strong>&nbsp;apar cel mai des&nbsp;<strong>\u00een comunit\u0103\u021bile locale<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>acces limitat la locuri de munc\u0103 pentru minorit\u0103\u021bi,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>excluderea persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi din via\u021ba activ\u0103 a ora\u0219ului,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stigmatizare social\u0103 a tinerilor din medii defavorizate,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lipsa reprezent\u0103rii grupurilor vulnerabile \u00een procesele de decizie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Schimbarea mentalit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i practicilor nu se produce \u00een parlamente, ci \u00een cartiere, pe str\u0103zi, \u00een companii \u0219i organiza\u021bii locale.<\/strong><br>Acolo trebuie \u00eenceput\u0103 lupta real\u0103 \u00eempotriva discrimin\u0103rii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rolul \u00eentreprinderii sociale \u00een combaterea discrimin\u0103rii<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O \u00eentreprindere social\u0103 poate fi&nbsp;<strong>un actor-cheie<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00een combaterea discrimin\u0103rii la nivel urban:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.&nbsp;Prin angajare echitabil\u0103:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prioritizarea angaj\u0103rii persoanelor vulnerabile (persoane cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, romi, refugia\u021bi, femei peste 45 de ani etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crearea unor condi\u021bii reale de integrare \u0219i dezvoltare profesional\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementarea de politici interne de diversitate \u0219i incluziune.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.&nbsp;Prin proiecte sociale orientate spre incluziune:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Campanii locale anti-discriminare \u0219i de promovare a diversit\u0103\u021bii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ateliere \u0219i workshopuri de educa\u021bie intercultural\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crearea de spa\u021bii sigure \u0219i prietenoase pentru grupurile discriminate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.&nbsp;Prin modelul organiza\u021bional propriu:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Func\u021bionarea SES-ului ca exemplu viu de respect al diversit\u0103\u021bii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colaborarea deschis\u0103 cu alte organiza\u021bii care promoveaz\u0103 echitatea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cum creezi ini\u021biative locale pentru combaterea discrimin\u0103rii prin SES?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>a) Cu cine po\u021bi colabora:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ONG-uri specializate \u00een drepturile omului, incluziune social\u0103, anti-discriminare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Institu\u021bii publice: Consilii pentru combaterea discrimin\u0103rii, Prim\u0103rii, DGASPC-uri;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Centre educa\u021bionale, \u0219coli multiculturale, lideri comunitari locali.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>b) Cum bugetezi un proiect de incluziune:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Resurse pentru formare (traininguri anti-discriminare, diversitate);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activit\u0103\u021bi comunitare (evenimente interculturale, campanii vizuale);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alocarea unui procent din profitul SES pentru aceste ini\u021biative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>c) Cum promovezi \u0219i mobilizezi comunitatea:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organizarea de forumuri deschise pe tema diversit\u0103\u021bii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Campanii vizuale \u0219i pove\u0219ti de impact despre beneficiarii inclu\u0219i;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crearea de re\u021bele locale de sprijin pentru incluziune.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ghid practic: 3 pa\u0219i pentru a combate discriminarea local prin SES<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identific\u0103 grupurile vulnerabile din comunitatea ta<\/strong>\u00a0(ex: tineri romi f\u0103r\u0103 acces la educa\u021bie sau munc\u0103).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Construie\u0219te un model SES care creeaz\u0103 oportunit\u0103\u021bi reale<\/strong>\u00a0pentru integrarea lor (angajare, formare, implicare c\u00e2nd&nbsp;<strong>\u00een loc s\u0103 ignor\u0103m diferen\u021bele, le recunoa\u0219tem \u0219i le includem<\/strong>.<br>Prin \u00eentreprinderile sociale urbane, putem construi comunit\u0103\u021bi unde&nbsp;<strong>diversitatea este o resurs\u0103, nu o barier\u0103<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Schimbarea social\u0103 nu vine singur\u0103.
